"Historia Medeusz-Plus zaczęła się dużo wcześniej niż w 2011 roku, gdy Tadeusz i Maciej Żechowicz założyli spółkę, uruchamiając potem dwie przychodnie – w Olsztynie i w Szczytnie. Prawdziwy początek miał miejsce 38 lat temu, kiedy Tadeusz jako młody lekarz dowiedział się, że będzie miał syna. Był wtedy kierownikiem Poradni Pulmonologicznej w Zakładzie Opieki Zdrowotnej MSWiA w Olsztynie, a zaraz potem asystentem na oddziale wewnętrznym w tym samym szpitalu. Oczywiście nikt nie mógł jeszcze wiedzieć, czy Maciek pójdzie w jego ślady, choć historia lubi układanki, w których z relacji ojciec-syn powstaje coś wyjątkowego."
