"MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Clinic and General Neurology Department and Research office. Pre covid 3 neurologists on site almost daily and 3 visiting doctors for MS patients. 2 nurses available virtually daily as well. Currently we are offering phone calls (or virtual video calls if necessary). The wait list for NEW patients is currently 4 weeks once intake forms are filled out. You may email us at msclinic@fraserhealth.ca for forms and information once a referral has been sent by the referring doctor to us."
