About Foothill Family Clinic


"Foothill Family Clinic has been a part of the Salt Lake Medical Community since 1976. We opened our North location in 1984, our South location in 1997, and our Draper location in 2016. From two primary care providers, we have expanded to our current staff of 24 primary care physicians, 8 physician assistants, 3 nurse practitioners, a neurologist, and a podiatrist. Today we have three well-equipped facilities, each with it’s own lab and radiology departments, and have been named the BEST FAMILY PRACTICE in Utah. From the common cold to fracture care and from pregnancy and birth to senior care, we cover nearly every medical need for you and your family. We look forward to serving the Salt Lake community for many years to come."
